The Opportunity
Were hiring either:
An early-career Associate Advisor
Hungry to learn the business the right way, with full support to get licensed (Series 65) and grow into a lead role over time. You will receive direct mentorship from the founder and help shape the future of the firm.
OR
A licensed Investment Advisor
Ready to take the lead with client relationships, develop new business, and potentially bring clients with them. You'll step into an established, growing firm with immediate client opportunities and a strong referral pipeline.
What You'll Do
Depending on your experience level:
As an Associate Advisor:
- Study for and pass the Series 65 exam within 90 days (required)
- Learn the client service, planning, and investment processes from the inside out
- Assist with meeting prep, follow-up, onboarding, and operations
- Shadow client meetings and gradually begin to take the lead
- Begin building your own book of clients with firm support
As an Investment Advisor:
- Step into existing client relationships and handle ongoing planning and service
- Build your own book of business through referrals, COIs, and strategic outreach
- Optionally transition your existing client relationships to Upleft
- Collaborate on strategy, branding, and long-term growth planning
- Begin preparing for future equity participation and firm leadership

Requirements
For All Candidates:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Full-time, in-office presence in Port Angeles, WA
- Clean legal and regulatory background (no felonies or financial misdemeanors)
- Willingness to relocate if not already in the area (relocation assistance available)
For Associate Advisor:
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- Ability to pass Series 65 within 90 days of hire
For Investment Advisor:
- Series 65 or CFP® required
- CFP® candidates or those with a portable book will receive priority consideration
Compensation & Benefits
Associate Advisor: $55,000-$65,000 base salary
Investment Advisor: $65,000-$80,000 base salary
With CFP®: $80,000-$100,000 base salary
+ Incentive pay tied to client revenue
+Quarterly bonus (after 1 year), based on company performance
+Equity stake available within 3-5 years
+15 days of paid time off to start
+New York Stock Exchange holidays
+Participation in the company health insurance plan
+Up to 4 paid volunteer days per year
+Relocation assistance may be available
