Hi. I’m Tim.
I help people align their money with their values. The most rewarding aspect of this profession is collaborating with clients to optimize their finances, solve problems, and use their resources to live fulfilling lives. Financial planning combines my interest in finance and economics with my desire to help people find solutions. I’ve provided holistic advice to and managed investments for hundreds of clients.

As an attorney, I’m trained to thoroughly analyze issues and assess risks. During 20 years as a Judge Advocate in the Marine Corps (both Active and Reserve), I have provided legal advice to dozens of commanders and supported military operations around the world. I use this experience to provide clients with realistic courses of action and help them make confident financial decisions. Ultimately, a financial advisor should help you proactively prepare for significant life events and lead the crisis response team when “life happens.”
When I’m not creating detailed financial plans or researching investments, I can be found running or biking on the beautiful roads and trails of the Olympic Peninsula, often with my wife and our dog.

My wife and I lived in Okinawa, Japan for three years and love Japanese culture.
We also lived in the French Quarter (New Orleans) for two years. I saw 25 parades during one Mardi Gras season!
I have a Master of Laws in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland.
