Have some fun. Do some good.

We discovered the first site on this list about 10 years ago. Freerice.com has been around since 2007 and it has given enough rice for over 10 million meals. As we built this list to help our visitors “do good” with their free time, we asked ourselves, “What are some other sites like Freerice?” With some research, we compiled this collection of free and fun resources where you can spend a few minutes playing a game, while also supporting a worthwhile cause. Enjoy!

FreeRice

As you play Freerice and answer questions right, a cartoon bowl fills with rice and you trigger a small payment to the World Food Programme (WFP) to support its work saving and changing lives around the world. Click on the image or here to play

Free Wheat

At Free Wheat, their goal is to make sure that the starving kids around the world get some food. You are helping by visiting their website and completing simple math problems. Not only does it help you, but it helps the hungry. The more you share this website, the more food can be shared around the world. Click on the image or here to play.

Beans Beans Beans

People ask: do they actually donate beans? They used to, but today it makes much more sense to simply convert the amount of digital beans collected into a dollar amount that is donated to charity.

Since charities can purchase food at wholesale prices, this is a very efficient way to give.  For example, Feeding America can fund 10 full meals for only $1! Click on the image or here to play.

Free Kibble

Freekibble and Freekibble Kat were launched in 2008, as the vision of then 11-year-old Mimi Ausland. Mimi wanted to feed the homeless pets at her local shelter. “There are tens of thousands of dogs and cats in animal shelters across the country, all needing to be fed a good meal.” With this in mind, Freekibble was created. Since then, they’ve donated the value of 24 million meals to homeless dogs and cats across the country! Click on the image or here to play.
